As reported back in April, Penguin Books planned the release of The Secret in Vault 13, a book featuring the thirteenth Doctor written by David Solomons.

The publisher has now released an animated image of the cover of the book.

Penguin Books has also provided a plot synopsis:

The Secret in Vault 13 by David Solomons will be released November 1 and is available for preorder from many merchandisers.
