BBC America has announced a premiere date for the animated Doctor Who special “The Faceless Ones,” which will fill in the gaps of the missing serial from the fourth season of the long-running British sci-fi series that starred Patrick Troughton as the Doctor and was first broadcast in six weekly instalments from April to May 1967.
