Such is the timey-wimey nature of Doctor Who that hot on the heels of the Time Lord’s 50th anniversary in 2013, we are celebrating his tenth. For on March 26th, it will be a decade since Russell T Davies relaunched the Tardis to great acclaim on BBC1.

It’s remarkable for any drama series to clock up ten years, so to celebrate, RadioTimes.com ran a poll for readers to select their favourite episodes. A staggering 280,859 votes were counted and now we can reveal the winner for the first time.
