The Gallifreyan Newsroom is an independent fan-run website based in the United Kingdom.

Our principle aim is to bring our readership a fast and comprehensive news service on all aspects of Doctor Who. As an independent site we are always open for submissions, so if you have a story or are running an event that you would like to share with a wider audience, then please free to email at: mail@gallifreyannewsroom.com and we will gladly accommodate you.

We first registered our domain name on the 15th of March 2015. Since then, we have quickly built up a solid reputation for delivering a fast, friendly and reliable news service.

In the very early days our site was built with MS Publisher, this was a very basic affair which was quickly migrated onto MS FrontPage. However, in this age of multi-platform internet usage, none of these versions was in any way sensitive to the needs of mobile internet, so in July of 2016 our entire site was transferred onto a fully responsive platform.

This change has dramatically increased our hit rate and we are now regularly getting very positive feedback from our readership all over the world.

At our heart is a passion to share as many aspects of our favourite television programme as possible with the fans and we are continuously scanning and looking for stories to share with you.
