Greetings from the Doctor Who: Legacy team!

We hope everyone is loving 3.0 of the game and enjoying the Sonic Adventures and the Kids area of the game. It was a big undertaking for us, especially nearly two years after the initial release of the game.

We never like having to directly charge for content but we hope our player community understands how much work it is to release these big updates. The alternative would be to release a new, premium app, and we prefer to avoid that. We commit to you that we will continue to release as much free content as we can — we are no over 80 hours of totally free content — and hope that you will consider supporting this by unlocking the Premium areas and/or the Fan Area. Please help us keep this wonderful homage to Doctor Who’s 51+ years going for years to come!

And the content keeps coming! We do have our usual Wednesday night patch planned tonight. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Added 2 new expert levels:

(War+) Expert 4th Doctor
requires The War Doctor+
drops The Fourth Doctor+, who can be upgraded to rank 6

(10th+) Expert Jackson
requires The Tenth Doctor+
drops Jackson Lake+, who can be upgraded to rank 6
2. Fan Area level “Experimental Relative Dimension” has its weekly regular update.

drops 5 Omega and 5 Rassilon time fragments.
drops 1 time crystal on the first run and first run only.
3. Exp bonus rotation has been moved to Chapter 3 this week.

Note: We will be continuing to add new Expert levels to our weekly Wednesday patch and beginning next week, we will begin to roll out Rank 6 upgrades to approximately 10 characters per week.

Season 9

Never ones to rest, we are busy working on new levels of Doctor Who: Legacy based on the upcoming season of the show!

Beginning the weekend of September 19th, we will start rolling out new levels each week, typically based on that weekend’s episode (as long as they are well-suited to game play).
